The BP3KP Java III region has opened recruitment channels for motivated individuals to serve as Tenaga Pendamping Masyarakat (TPM), or Community Facilitators, for the House Renovation Program spanning Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (D.I. Yogyakarta) for Fiscal Year 2026.
This initiative offers a remarkable platform for civic-minded professionals to directly impact grassroots infrastructure development and uplift living standards in local communities.
## Total Quota and General Requirements
To ensure comprehensive project coverage, the program seeks to onboard a total of 120 qualified facilitators. Interested applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Age must be between 20 and 60 years old.
* Free from any active criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions.
* Not currently affiliated with or serving as an administrator for any political party.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Ready and willing to commit to full-time employment throughout the duration of the work contract.
* Proficient in operating computers and digital electronic systems.
* Preference is given to candidates with an educational background in civil engineering, building infrastructure engineering, environmental engineering, architecture, or related construction fields.
* Candidates who have completed building construction training courses or hold relevant certifications are prioritized.
* Preference is extended to applicants with at least one year of prior experience in community facilitation for house renovation initiatives or comparable programs.
* Local residents living close to or directly within the targeted project implementation zones are strongly preferred.
