* Water Supply and Sanitation Expert (1 Position)
* Education: Bachelor's or Applied Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional background.
* Certification: Junior Expert in Water Supply Engineering or Junior Expert in Environmental Engineering for Construction Services.

## General Candidate Requirements

1. Nationality and Integrity: Must be an Indonesian Citizen devoted to God Almighty, loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Exclusivity: Must not be bound by any other government programs or institutional contracts, verified through a signed statement letter.
3. Performance under Pressure: Capable of working under tight deadlines and meeting targets outlined in the Follow-up Action Plan (RKTL).
4. Facilitation Skills: Proficient in engaging with local government apparatus and communities at village, sub-district, and regency levels, including providing guidance across preparation, planning, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

## Summary of Core Responsibilities by Role
Every position carries vital duties designed to maintain high standards of construction quality, safety, and administrative compliance.
Team Leader
* Acts as the primary liaison, reporting directly to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) for timely decision-making.
* Coordinates all experts and support staff while supervising field operations.
* Ensures the construction service provider thoroughly understands the contract documents, specifications, and proper methodologies.
* Monitors physical and financial progress, conducts regular site inspections, and issues formal recommendations regarding work acceptance or rejection.
* Oversees the compilation of as-built drawings and maintains comprehensive project archives.
Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Implements regulatory standards regarding construction services, workplace safety (K3), environmental control, and quality assurance.
* Conducts commissioning preparations and execution for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities.
* Inspects sanitation and water supply works on-site, providing clear technical clarifications to contractors.
* Monitors daily progress schedules and evaluates project milestones against contract stipulations.
Roads and Building Structures Expert
* Supervises structural construction works and manages testing and commissioning phases.
* Reviews structural design drawings, calculations, and material quantities prior to implementation.
* Enforces compliance with safety standards, structural specifications, and architectural blueprints.
* Collaborates with the Team Leader to evaluate contractor payment requests based on completed work quality and volume.
HSE / Construction Safety Expert
* Enforces construction safety requirements to promote orderly execution of works.
* Monitors the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) and reviews updating documents.
* Identifies workplace hazards, assesses risks, and collaborates with contractor HSE engineers to formulate preventive and corrective programs.
* Investigates workplace incidents and maintains meticulous safety records.
Support Inspectors and Supervisors
* Inspects site readiness, inventories equipment, and reviews material mockups.
* Analyzes work progress (opname) and documents daily findings to report directly to experts or the Team Leader.
* Identifies potential worksite hazards and ensures adherence to safety protocols.
Administrative and Technical Support Staff (Secretary, Administrator, Drafter)
* Secretary: Manages correspondence, archiving, meeting schedules, and internal information flow.
* Administrator: Records and archives project contracts, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and handover documents.
* Drafter: Inspects and updates working drawings, ensures compliance with technical standards, and organizes digital design archives.
