## Recruitment Requirements: General Eligibility
To ensure the highest standards of service, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill various non-permanent positions for 2025. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Nationality: Open to all qualified Indonesian citizens.
* Qualifications: Candidates must meet the specific requirements listed for each position. Prior experience in relevant roles is highly preferred.
* Integrity: Must not have a history of dishonorable discharge from any civil service (CPNS/PNS/CPUI/PUI), military/police, or private organizations due to disciplinary violations.
* Professional Status: Must not hold concurrent structural positions within or outside the university and must be prepared for full-time commitment.
* Non-Partisan: Not affiliated with or serving as an official in any political party.
* Education: Holds a degree from a university with at least a "B" accreditation, or a foreign degree with official equivalence recognition from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture.
* Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

## Selection Process
The recruitment process utilizes a three-stage competitive system:
1. Administrative Screening: Review of credentials and qualifications.
2. Competency Testing: Professional skill assessments and personal interviews.
3. Psychological Evaluation & Health Screening: Mandatory assessments conducted directly at the RSUI facility in the UI Depok Campus.

## Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
Clinical & Medical Roles
* Nurse: Provide direct patient care in the Hemodialysis Unit following standardized nursing care plans. (Min. S1 Nursing + Active STR).
* Pharmacist: Manage pharmaceutical planning, procurement, and clinical drug distribution while monitoring patient safety. (Min. S1 Apothecary + Active STR).
* Pharmacy Assistant: Support pharmacists in drug preparation, labeling, and logistical management. (Min. D3 Pharmacy + Active STR).
* Laboratory Technician: Conduct accurate biological sample analysis to support clinical diagnosis. (Min. D3 Health Analyst + Active STR).
* Nutritionist: Manage clinical nutritional therapy, patient dietetic education, and menu planning. (Min. D3 Nutrition + Active STR).
* Health Care Assistant: Assist with patient mobilization, hygiene, and logistical support within treatment units. (Min. Vocational High School/SMK Health).
Operational & Administrative Roles
* HR Analyst: Manage human resource operations, organizational development, and industrial relations.
* Training Coordinator: Organize and facilitate administrative needs for internal and external medical training programs.
* Insurance Verification Staff: Ensure accurate verification of patient claims to facilitate seamless insurance reimbursement processes.
* Cashier Staff: Manage outpatient and inpatient payment transactions using the Hospital Information System (SIMRS).
* Education Coordination Staff: Manage administrative documentation for clinical education and trainee scheduling.
* Mechanical & Electrical Technician: Maintain building facilities and medical infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient hospital operations.
