## Current Openings
The RDMP Balikpapan JO is inviting applications for the following technical roles:
1. Electrical Foreman & Technician
The selected candidates will ensure the integrity and functionality of all electrical systems within the refinery. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising Substation Equipment Energization (SEE).
* Executing rigorous Testing & Commissioning for electrical systems.
* Performing motor solo run tests and comprehensive point-to-point line checks.
2. System Completion Pre-Comm Foreman
This position is vital for the transition from the construction phase to operational status. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising system completion activities, encompassing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and industrial equipment.
* Leading the planning, preparation, and onsite execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma or an equivalent technical degree.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in the Oil & Gas or Power Plant EPC sector is mandatory.
* Foreman Positions: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Technician Positions: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
