## Available Positions at PT. Unipack Plasindo
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill several key operational roles. If you are looking to advance your career in a professional manufacturing environment, please review the requirements for the positions below.
1. Forklift Operator (Batang & Cikarang)
* Safely transport products and supply raw additives to mixers.
* Prepare resin and calcium materials for production cycles.
* Execute instructions from supervisors regarding operational priorities and scheduling.
* Process production rejections for crushing and maintain a clean, organized work area.
* Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and promptly report any mechanical issues.
* Adhere strictly to corporate guidelines and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Participate in 5S (5R) programs and maintain effective communication with the team.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience as a forklift operator.
* Possesses physical stamina for shift-based work.
* Strong discipline, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
* Candidates holding a valid Forklift License (SIO) will be prioritized.
2. QC Operator (Batang)
* Review work orders and production schedules to ensure output alignment.
* Conduct comprehensive quality inspections at the start, middle, and end of every shift.
* Manage documentation, including transfer reports and QC status logs (Pass/Hold).
* Maintain accurate manual and digital records, including OEE and QC spreadsheets.
* Maintain workplace cleanliness through consistent 5S practices.
* Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
* Must not be color blind.
* Strong competency in Microsoft Office.
* Deep understanding of Quality Control protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Warehouse Operator (Batang)
* Execute 5S procedures to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
* Verify production schedules and prepare raw materials for weighing.
* Document additive requests and maintain accurate weight logs.
* Monitor and track inventory levels for additives in the mixer and raw material processing areas.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is highly preferred.
* Mentally and physically fit to work in a shift-based system.
* Preference given to candidates residing in Batang and surrounding areas.
4. Mechanical Operator (Cikarang & Surabaya)
* Comply with all health and safety (K3) regulations.
* Design mechanical solutions and perform welding for machine improvement projects.
* Execute routine maintenance and necessary repairs on production machinery.
* Care for tooling equipment and submit detailed job reports.
* Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or Welding.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Strong skills in TIG/Electric welding and torch cutting.
* Additional experience in grinding, lathing, or milling is a distinct advantage.
* Ability to perform mechanical analysis and interpret technical mechanical drawings.
