## General and Position-Specific Qualifications
To ensure our operations maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), Diploma 3 (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) relevant to the applied position.
* Industry Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in the exact same role within the coal mining industry.
* Mandatory Certifications:
Applicants for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer must hold a valid Pengawas Operasional Pertama* (POP) certification.
Applicants for the Welder position must possess an official Welder Certification (Sertifikasi Juru Las*).
