## Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing TBS Assistant)
We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled professional to join our team in East Kalimantan as an OCP Assistant. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and fostering strong relationships with our partners.
Core Responsibilities
* Supplier Relations: Conduct routine visits to suppliers to cultivate strong partnerships and provide necessary guidance.
* Quality Control: Rigorously inspect and grade Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) according to established corporate standards.
* Contract Management: Prepare and issue purchase contract documentation while ensuring administrative accuracy.
* Production Oversight: Verify that FFB receipts align precisely with the Daily Production Reports (LHP) of each mill.
* Financial Administration: Oversee the weekly FFB pricing documentation and ensure timely, accurate processing of billing and payment reports.
