## Current Opening: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
Socfindo is currently inviting applications for the position of Estate Accounting Officer Trainee. This role is pivotal in maintaining the fiscal integrity and administrative efficiency of the company’s estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive bookkeeping and administrative oversight, including but not limited to:
* Journal Voucher Entry: Accurate recording of all daily financial transactions.
* Financial Reconciliation: Managing bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
* Taxation Compliance: Assisting in the preparation and reporting of relevant tax obligations.
* Payroll Management: Overseeing timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Inventory & Production Oversight: Managing the administrative aspects of warehouse stocks and plantation production outputs.
* Crop Administration: Maintaining detailed records regarding plantation development and harvest yields.

Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold a Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum GPA:* 2.75 for graduates from State Universities.
Minimum GPA:* 3.00 for graduates from Private Universities.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years old at the time of hiring.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the English language and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
