* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
* Age Range: 18–25 years old.
* Experience: Previous work or internship experience in a relevant sector is highly preferred.
* Required Attributes: A goal-oriented mindset, the ability to perform under pressure, and a willingness to be stationed in Madiun or Banyuwangi.
2. Mechanical Quality Control (QC) Operator
