1. Production and Creative Roles
* Production Assistant: You will coordinate production requirements from pre-production to post-production.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in a Production House or TV station.
* AI Prompter: Responsible for translating drama scripts into visual breakdowns and generating consistent AI-based images and videos.
Requirements:* Proven experience in script breakdown, maintaining character/location consistency, and proficiency in AI video generation and offline editing.
* Road Manager: Oversee artist schedules, logistics, and on-site coordination for events.
Requirements:* 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Event Management, with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
2. Sales and Marketing Positions
* Sales Manager: Develop and execute sales strategies while leading a high-performing team.
Requirements:* Minimum 7 years of experience (2+ years in management), preferably in media or licensing. Strong negotiation skills are essential.
* Sales Specialist: Focus on business development, client relationship management, and market analysis.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sales/marketing, and excellent English proficiency.
* Account Executive: Manage digital and media sales campaigns across various platforms.
Requirements:* 1–3 years of experience in digital/media sales, with expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok, and branded content strategies.
* Paid Ads Specialist: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication, 2+ years of experience, and deep familiarity with Google and Meta Ads.
3. Technical and Financial Operations
* Data Engineer: Build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers RCTI+ and the wider MNC Group.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Accounting Senior Officer: Manage financial consolidations, general ledgers, and reporting.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2–4 years of experience, and strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, and financial consolidation processes.
