Key Responsibilities
As a Helper Operation, candidates will be entrusted with critical duties essential for maintaining seamless facility workflows, which include:
* Executing operational reporting and facilitating smooth shift handovers.
* Interpreting complex technical documents, including P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
* Monitoring critical operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, level, and gas quality.
* Working closely with specialized industrial equipment, including valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, and various instrumentation systems.
* Utilizing productivity tools, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel, for daily operational tracking.

Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this pivotal maintenance role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male applicants with a maximum age of 45 years old.
2. Educational Background & Experience:
* Vocational High School (SMK) in a Technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, OR
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a Technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Technical Competency: Proven familiarity with industrial equipment, reading technical drawings, and monitoring operational parameters.
4. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office applications.
5. Work Arrangement: Willingness and physical readiness to work in a rotating shift system.
6. Geographical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Gresik and Pasuruan.
