## Career Opportunity: Electrical Technician
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our electrical systems and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Execute commissioning, start-up, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative/corrective maintenance for electrical systems in refinery areas.
* Equipment Care: Inspect and maintain motors, panels, MCC units, switchgear, transformers, cabling, lighting, and grounding systems.
* Diagnostic Precision: Perform rapid and accurate electrical troubleshooting while documenting all findings and equipment status.
* Technical Proficiency: Interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to guide repair efforts.
* Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to SOPs, Permit to Work systems, JSA/JHA, and HSSE regulations during all onsite activities.
Professional Requirements
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian Citizen.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK education level.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment maintenance.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in coupling/uncoupling gearboxes and electric motors.
* Expertise in using specialized electrical measurement tools.
