## The Management Trainee Program Overview
The Management Trainee Program is a specialized career acceleration path designed for ambitious young professionals. This initiative is structured to develop industry leaders by combining intensive classroom learning with immersive field experience. The program journey consists of three core phases:
1. Foundational Training (3 Months): A comprehensive classroom-based program designed to align new hires with company values, operational standards, and maritime logistics protocols.
