## Role Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Operators. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our high-quality plastic products meet the demands of our diverse customer base. Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily contributions will be vital to our operational efficiency. Your duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Safely operating and continuously monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Quality & Data Logging: Recording production outputs, documenting raw material usage, and reporting any mechanical malfunctions or quality discrepancies immediately.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization in warehouse areas, specifically near the internal Silos and tented storage units.
* Inventory Oversight: Verifying daily production reports against physical stock and conducting monthly stock opname procedures.
* Logistics Support: Preparing packing lists for shipments, ensuring outbound orders match delivery notes, and managing loading and unloading processes.
* Supply Chain Monitoring: Keeping track of ink and Silo inventory levels and providing timely notifications when supplies run low.
* Ad Hoc Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned by management to support the broader goals of the production facility.
