## 1. Planner
As a Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our high-tech manufacturing processes remain seamless and goal-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Scheduling: Organize and oversee the daily production flow to ensure targets are consistently met.
* Operational Supervision: Monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities to maintain high performance and safety standards.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a bridge between departments to resolve production-related challenges.
* Administrative Support: Manage essential documentation and reporting to support the production team’s success.
* Material Management: Oversee material schedules and production timelines to ensure alignment with critical shipping deadlines.
* Performance Reporting: Analyze production data to generate accurate summaries and operational indices.
Qualifications
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Background in production planning, specifically within inventory management or administrative oversight.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
* Strong self-motivation, independence, and innovative problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our Shipping team ensures that our advanced solar technology reaches our clients worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the complex logistics of our export and import operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain professional communication with principals, terminals, shipping companies, and port authorities.
* Logistics Administration: Manage all documentation associated with the movement of goods, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
* Document Preparation: Handle essential export/import paperwork, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, PPFTZ, and LCL documentation.
* Monitoring and Execution: Track all shipments to ensure they adhere to scheduled timelines.
* Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding the realization and status of all export and import activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any major.
* Prior experience within the shipping industry or logistics sector.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ship agency management.
* This role is based in Batam; candidates currently residing in Batam are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Professional proficiency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
