1. Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role on the front lines of our industrial projects, ensuring that power systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough job site surveys and preliminary assessments.
* Perform comprehensive electrical equipment testing and verification.
* Draft detailed, accurate reports based on testing outcomes.
* Maintain, inspect, and care for specialized field tools and equipment.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum education of vocational high school (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Available to start immediately in November 2026 and willing to work overtime as project schedules demand.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematic drawings, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels, as well as busbars.
* Holding an active Electrical Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Listrik) certification is strongly preferred.
2. Automation Technician

* Minimum education of vocational high school (SMK) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Field Technician within industrial or manufacturing settings.
* Ready to join the team immediately in November 2026, with flexibility for scheduled overtime.
* Strong foundational understanding of PLC systems, SCADA architecture, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Capable of performing basic troubleshooting on motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
