During your tenure as a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in several critical business pillars:

## Who We Are Looking For

* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of relevant work experience.
* Essential Skills: Exceptional communication, critical problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Professional Attributes: High levels of integrity, a strong sense of ownership, a passion for continuous learning, and adaptability in challenging environments.
* Licensing & Language: A valid driver’s license (SIM A) is mandatory, along with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

As a key member of our field operations team, you must be prepared to represent MSI at our client locations with professionalism and excellence. This role is strictly site-based, and candidates must demonstrate a genuine willingness to be relocated and assigned to any of the following key operational regions:
1. Kalimantan Area: Supporting coal and mineral extraction sites.
2. Sulawesi Area: Engaging with nickel and industrial processing hubs.
3. Maluku Area: Facilitating logistics for developing mining projects.
4. Sumatera Area: Managing regional sales and operational support for commercial clients.
