We are currently seeking a dedicated HR & GA Specialist fluent in Korean to join our office in Cikarang Selatan. This is a critical on-site role designed to serve as the vital communication bridge between our Indonesian workforce and our Korean management team. ## Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for administrative and human resources tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Communication Bridge: Acting as the primary interpreter during meetings and facilitating seamless communication between Indonesian staff and Korean leadership.
* Document Translation: Handling the accurate translation of technical and administrative documents, reports, and internal correspondence.
* HR Administration: Managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Compliance and Documentation: Overseeing the management of visas, work permits, and other legal regulatory documentation required for international and local staff.
* Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with the administration of payroll cycles, insurance, and company benefits packages.
* General Affairs: Supporting daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate both linguistic proficiency and a strong foundation in human resources. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Korean and Indonesian (written and verbal).
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
