* Degree Level: D3 or S1 graduates.
* Fields of Study: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Forestry, Informatics Engineering/Information Systems, Civil Engineering, Law, Accounting, Management, or Japanese Literature.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
