We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Environment & Security Staff (Code: ES STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Oversee water, air, and waste pollution control while ensuring adherence to Environmental Management Systems and relevant legislation.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or cigarette industry environment.
* Male, maximum 27 years old.
* AK3 General certification and familiarity with ISO 14001, SIMPEL, and SPEED KLHK reporting are strong advantages.
* Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
2. Factory Performance Management Staff (Code: FPM STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of annual business plans and strategic projects, manage performance systems, and handle administrative duties.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Statistics.
* Fresh graduates or professionals with 1 year of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or consulting are encouraged to apply.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong analytical skills to conduct organizational assessments.
3. Factory Business Process Improvement Staff (Code: BPI STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Manage internal policies, business process mapping, and support ISO implementation within the factory.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, HR, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management or business processes.
* Expertise in Microsoft Visio, flowcharting, risk management, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
4. Purchasing Compliance Staff (Code: PC STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Draft procurement guidelines, manage suppliers, compile operational reports, and conduct internal training.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, IT, Law, or Management.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
* Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and professional-level English proficiency.
5. TCM Operation Staff (Code: TCM STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Manage weekly stock reporting, monitor material deliveries, facilitate SAP (MM & FI modules) operations, and handle tobacco material imports.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D3 (any major).
* Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent English (verbal and written).
6. Utility Electrician (Code: UE STAFF)
* Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on utility systems (chillers, generators, dust collectors) and conduct technical troubleshooting.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of field experience.
* Technical proficiency in electrical drawing, PLC, AutoCAD, and industrial electricity.
