## Understanding the Role: What Does a Field Helper Do?
As a Field Helper at PT Kilat Power Indonesia, you will serve as a vital link in our daily operations, ensuring that our power bank rental stations remain fully functional and accessible to users. Your primary responsibilities will require you to be energetic, adaptable, and ready for fieldwork.
* Hardware Installation & Removal: Safely set up and dismantle power bank charging stations at various merchant locations.
* Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct basic device inspections, perform simple maintenance checks, and resolve minor technical hiccups.
* Logistical Support: Safely transport, lift, and relocate heavy machinery and equipment as required by operational demands.
* Issue Escalation: Promptly report complex technical bottlenecks or site issues to the appropriate internal support teams.
* Mobile Operations: Travel flexibly across different assigned zones according to company schedules and deployment needs.

* Experience Requirement: Prior technical expertise or formal experience is not required; we provide comprehensive guidance.
* Work Ethic: Eager to learn, capable of strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), highly responsible, and disciplined.
* Teamwork: Able to perform duties effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Licensing & Mobility: Mandatory: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal private transportation. Bonus: Proficiency in driving a car accompanied by a valid driver’s license (SIM A) will be considered a significant advantage.
