We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in managing our finished goods distribution center, where you will oversee a facility boasting 2,200 pallet positions. You will lead a dedicated team of six employees and seven contractors, ensuring operational excellence and rigorous compliance.
Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the driving force behind our warehouse efficiency and distribution accuracy. Your primary duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising daily domestic deliveries and RDC transfers to ensure flawless execution of sales targets.
* Strategic Coordination: Collaborating with the sales, manufacturing, supply planning, and customer fulfillment teams to streamline the supply chain.
* Performance Analytics: Conducting root cause analysis on warehouse productivity and costs, while implementing corrective and preventive measures.
* Continuous Improvement: Championing cost-saving initiatives, process optimizations, and safety protocols to maintain high operational standards.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), quality regulations, and SAP-based warehouse management processes.
* Leadership and Growth: Developing team capabilities, fostering a culture of professional growth, and managing supplier relationships effectively.
