We are currently hiring for several strategic roles to support our ongoing mining activities and infrastructure development.
## Available Positions
1. Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in mining facilities construction. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project). A POP certification is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Reviewing mechanical designs for constructability, supervising site construction, resolving technical issues, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental mining standards.
2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
Placement: Jakarta (Initial) to Wahau Minesite
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level mining experience with a proven track record in operational management, budgeting, and team leadership. Must hold valid KIT and POU certifications.
* Key Responsibilities: Driving production targets, managing mining contractors, ensuring cost-efficient operations, and maintaining strict adherence to mining regulations and safety protocols.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: 15+ years of experience in coal processing, bulk material handling, and piping engineering. Expert knowledge of FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, and ASME standards is essential, alongside proficiency in Revit and project planning tools.
* Key Responsibilities: Leading EPC construction projects, overseeing QA/QC procedures, managing contracts, and ensuring project timelines and safety standards are met.
4. Long Term Mine Planning
Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mine or Geological Engineering with 5+ years of experience in open-pit operations. Proficiency in MineScape or MineX software is required.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing long-term mining schedules, conducting feasibility studies, performing economic evaluations, and optimizing coal reserves according to KCMI codes.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta (with site travel to Nusantara)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5+ years of experience. Must be skilled in software such as Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret complex soil and laboratory data.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyzing slope stability and foundation bearing capacity, supervising soil investigations (SPT/CPT), and mitigating geotechnical risks through advanced modeling.
6. Document Controller (CSAG)
Placement: Wahau Site – Askara
* Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, or OPMS). High attention to detail and strong proficiency in MS Office.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing project documentation flow, maintaining rigorous version control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting project teams with technical specifications.
