## Job Title: Field Sales Modern Trade / Industrial
Role Overview
As a Field Sales representative specializing in Modern Trade and Industrial channels, you will serve as the primary bridge between PT. Hoka Jaya Internasional and its valued clientele. Your mission is to nurture existing business relationships while aggressively driving new market acquisition, ensuring that Jay's Kitchen products remain the top choice for culinary enthusiasts and industrial partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term partnerships with both prospective and active clients within the Modern Trade and Industrial sectors.
* Product Advocacy: Conduct engaging product presentations, clearly articulating the unique benefits, quality, and versatility of our premium seasoning lines.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Market Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze local market trends, and report competitor activities.
* Financial Stewardship: Manage accounts receivable effectively by handling timely payment collections from clients.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly documentation detailing sales metrics and field activities.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on sales experience, with a proven track record specifically in Modern Trade (MT) or Industrial sales.

* Mobility: Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
