## About the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program
As a participant in our OJT program at the GPE Head Office, you will be integrated into a dynamic environment designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industrial practice. You will be responsible for:
* ERP Management: Assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing management of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Data Analysis: Leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to conduct preliminary data analysis and generate actionable reports.
* Operational Support: Collaborating closely with project teams to resolve operational challenges and facilitate systemic improvements.
* Administrative & IT Coordination: Providing support for essential administrative and Information Technology tasks as required by company leadership.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this professional training opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A fresh graduate (D4/S1) holding a degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Information Management.
* Technical Expertise: A foundational understanding of ERP concepts and familiarity with platforms such as Odoo.
* Advanced Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and a solid grasp of basic programming or scripting languages.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and a team player.
* Age Restriction: Maximum age of 25 years.
