We are seeking a dedicated technical professional who possesses the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Electronics Engineering (Low Current).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Arduino programming and microcontroller module operations.
* Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates, candidates with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly will be prioritized.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately read and interpret electronic circuit schematics, ranging from basic to intermediate levels.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, complemented by excellent communication skills.

## Core Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer Staff member at Nanoland, you will play a vital role in our production ecosystem. Your daily duties will include:
1. Hardware Integration: Executing the assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components, with a specialized focus on Arduino and microcontroller-based systems.
2. Quality Assurance: Performing rigorous functional testing and troubleshooting for both mass-produced items and experimental prototypes.
3. Production Support: Providing operational support in the workshop to maintain peak efficiency and ensure that production targets consistently meet our strict quality standards.
4. Resource Management: Overseeing the maintenance of workshop tools and ensuring optimal stock levels of electronic components in the production zone.
5. Technical Documentation: Maintaining precise records, generating reports, and documenting technical workflows for assembly and repair processes.
