## Current Career Openings
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see where your expertise aligns with our mission.
1. Process (PE) Engineer
* Education: Diploma degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Requirements: Expertise in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Must be proficient in English.
2. PPIC Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Prior experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control is preferred, though fresh graduates with Mandarin fluency are encouraged to apply.
* Requirements: A solid understanding of manufacturing production workflows and active English communication skills.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing procurement.
* Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS). Must be knowledgeable regarding production material procurement and possess strong English language skills.
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in QMS roles.
* Requirements: Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards. Advanced computer literacy and English fluency are required.
5. Lean Manufacture Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
* Requirements: Strong foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and professional command of the English language.
6. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Previous experience as a translator is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Requirements: HSK 5 certification or higher is mandatory. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Warehouse Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
* Requirements: Valid SIO Forklift certificate and proven ability to operate warehouse machinery. Familiarity with Excel is required.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience (internships included).
* Requirements: Proficiency in performance management, recruitment, and Indonesian labor law. Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. This position is located in Cikarang.
