1. Management Trainee (MT)
Available tracks: Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, and Utility.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Key Requirements: High motivation to learn, strong organizational background, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
2. Maintenance Operator
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with two years of relevant manufacturing experience.
* Key Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance tasks, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership traits.
3. Production Operator
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to two years of manufacturing experience.

4. Maintenance Supervisor
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Maintenance Supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
* Key Requirements: In-depth knowledge of textile machinery, proficiency in Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance, and strong analytical skills.
5. General Affair Supervisor
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s (S1) in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Key Requirements: Expertise in corporate licensing, OSS, and PROPER systems. Candidates with ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U certifications, as well as a strong grasp of Industrial Relations, are highly encouraged to apply.
