* Project Lead, Fleet Staff, and Technical Fleet Staff: Requires a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in shipyards or shipping companies, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a willingness to handle field operations.
* DPA Staff: Needs a degree in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering with at least 1 year of experience. Must have expertise in ISM Code, Marine Surveying, and design software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, AutoCAD).
* Interior Technician: Requires a background in Interior Design (SMK/D3). Focuses on space design and interior maintenance within the shipping industry.
* Electrician: Must hold ETO, ETR, or Electrical Engineering certifications. Requires relevant maritime safety certifications (BST, SCRB, MEFA, AFF, CCM) and the readiness to serve at sea.
