## Job Role Overview: Waste Management Operator (Forklift)
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently hiring a dedicated professional to fill the position of Waste Management Operator (Forklift). In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining environmental compliance, safety standards, and operational efficiency within our modern manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Waste Handling and Storage: Execute proper management, handling, and storage procedures for both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict accordance with company protocols and material characteristics.
* Inventory Tracking: Monitor and record incoming and outgoing waste at the Temporary Storage Facility (TPS), which includes verifying quantities, material types, and transport documentation completeness.
* Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and tidiness at the TPS area, ensuring proper drum arrangement, accurate waste labeling, and optimal condition of supporting infrastructure.
* Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive, periodic waste management reports to supervisors and relevant departments to support both internal compliance and external regulatory requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following baseline and technical criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any major.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift).
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of utilizing Microsoft Excel proficiently for data entry, data processing, and report generation regarding waste logistics.
* Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous when tracking waste movement, ensuring that types, quantities, and accompanying transport documents are flawlessly recorded.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of sorting, labeling, storage, and handling protocols for hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
* Safety Awareness: Well-versed in occupational health and safety (K3) principles, environmental protection guidelines, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and general workplace housekeeping.
