## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Head of Engineering (Robotic) plays a pivotal role in maintaining our technological edge. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our robotic systems and ensuring that the engineering department operates at peak performance. Key responsibilities include:
* System Optimization: Implementing autonomous maintenance protocols while continuously developing and innovating our existing robotic frameworks.
* Team Leadership: Managing the engineering department to ensure high levels of productivity and strict adherence to company policies and professional conduct.
* Project Management: Overseeing engineering operations to ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with robust leadership capabilities. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering is strongly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a robotic engineering role.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of robotic systems, industrial utilities, and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, K3LH (Occupational Health and Safety), and 5S methodology.
* Leadership and Soft Skills:
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
