1. HR Staff (Payroll Specialist) – URGENTLY NEEDED
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee our payroll administration and labor compliance.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Proven experience of at least one year in a similar HR or Payroll role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
* Familiarity with EDABU and SIPP systems.
* Established networking and positive relationship-building skills with relevant government agencies.
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Willingness to be stationed in Majalengka.
2. Cost Control Supervisor
We are looking for a detail-oriented supervisor to manage our financial efficiency and inventory cost accuracy.
* Male, holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in ERP systems is mandatory.
* Willingness to be stationed in Majalengka.
* Enforcing cost-control policies across all departments and verifying inventory documentation.
* Ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
* Conducting rigorous monitoring of material purchase prices.
* Developing and implementing strategic cost-reduction initiatives and expenditure planning.
* Overseeing the entire purchase order lifecycle.
* Creating, managing, and tracking comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual production budgets.
* Analyzing actual expenditure against established budgetary targets.
