General Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in the following relevant fields:
* Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation (for R&D and Agronomy roles).
* Management (for MDP and Training roles).
* Accounting or Economics (for Administrative roles).
* Education or Human Resource Management (for Training & Development roles).
2. Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Physical & Mental Health: Must be physically and mentally fit with no history of color blindness.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Professional Status: Must not be currently bound by service contracts with other institutions or companies.
6. Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a period of 3 years and 6 months.
7. Passion & Mobility: Demonstrated interest in the palm oil industry and full availability to be stationed at our plantation sites in South or Central Kalimantan.
