As a key member of the RGE group—an organization founded by Sukanto Tanoto in 1973—we are dedicated to producing natural, biodegradable viscose rayon that serves as a cornerstone for the modern textile industry. ## Current Vacancy: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for a diligent Field Operator to join our chemical plant operations. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their careers within a world-class manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate production machinery and equipment strictly according to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor production outputs consistently, identifying and managing faulty products to ensure only the highest quality reaches the market.
* Data Integrity: Maintain precise daily production logs and parameter records to facilitate comprehensive performance analysis.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Maintain clear, professional communication with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
* Target Achievement: Execute manufacturing tasks in alignment with strict production schedules, quality standards, and targets regarding volume, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.
Candidate Requirements
