## Open Positions at PT. Aneka Tuna Indonesia
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following strategic roles within our organization.
1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our legal and labor frameworks to ensure a harmonious and compliant work environment.
* Manage comprehensive litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Foster positive labor relations through effective Union and Employee engagement.
* Draft professional legal opinions, legal standing documents, and various Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Maintain active communication and compliance with external labor authorities, including Disnaker and PHI.
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Maintain professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Possess at least 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing environment.
* Preferably hold a valid advocate certificate.
* Must be willing to work at our Gempol plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
* Comprehensive understanding of legal litigation processes.
* Proven ability in drafting complex legal documentation.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and high-level negotiation skills.
2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality standards and ensure total product safety across our production lines.
* Coordinate the implementation of annual internal audits and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
* Compile and analyze audit findings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and improve operational processes.
* Execute rigorous internal audits to guarantee compliance with established product safety policies.
* Provide vital support during pre-external audit inspections.
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* Maintain professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Possess at least 2 years of experience in QA Internal Auditing within a manufacturing setting.
* Must be willing to work at our Pandaan plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Expertise in BRC, HACCP, and CCP frameworks.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
