## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
As a Recruitment Staff member focusing on AKAD and AKL schemes, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operational success by building a robust workforce across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final candidate placement.
* Execute high-volume mass hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements for operational units, including harvesters, maintenance teams, and daily workers.
* Liaise with the Manpower Office (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan) regarding AKAD, AKL, and WLKP regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and labor agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of personnel quotas.
* Conduct on-site visits to various regions to perform direct sourcing and candidate interviews.
* Develop comprehensive manpower reports to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment or field-based workforce fulfillment.
* In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and national labor regulations (AKAD/AKL experience is highly advantageous).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for database management.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet strict deadlines, and handle significant administrative volume.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as required by operational needs.
## 2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
The Financial Monitoring Staff ensures the integrity and efficiency of our joint operations (KSO) by providing meticulous oversight of financial transactions and budgetary alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control the financial activities and transactions of KSO units to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Review and verify all financial documents, including invoices, payments, and supporting operational receipts.
* Analyze financial performance against set budgets and provide detailed recommendations for variances.
* Perform periodic reconciliations between KSO reports and internal company financial records.
* Coordinate with internal accounting and operational teams to resolve administrative hurdles.
* Prepare financial monitoring reports for management to support transparency and risk mitigation.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in finance, audit, controlling, or budget monitoring.
* Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget analysis.
* Knowledge of Joint Operation (KSO) frameworks is considered a significant plus.
* Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and systematic report writing.
* Professional integrity and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
