We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our operations in Cicalengka as a Quality Control (QC) Inline Packing specialist. This role is vital in ensuring that every unit leaving our production line adheres to the highest safety and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Real-time Monitoring: Perform rigorous quality inspections during the filling and packaging stages.
* Compliance Verification: Ensure all product labels and date coding meet internal and regulatory requirements.
* Packaging Analysis: Conduct thorough physical tests on packaging materials to prevent defects.
* Quality Classification: Determine the final status of products based on inspection findings.
* Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time quality reports throughout the production cycle.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety management systems, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance protocols.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate laboratory measurement tools, such as analytical balances, vernier calipers, and vacuum testing equipment.
* Analytical Skill: Competence in Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, specifically the use of Control Charts for monitoring fill volumes.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent visual acuity and physical sharpness to detect inconsistencies in the production line.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed in Cicalengka.
