## Program Requirements and Application Details
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to innovate and the resilience to work in a dynamic agricultural environment. To qualify for the Future Leader Intensive Program starting in September 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
2. Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
3. Physical & Health Standards: Must be male, no older than 25 years, possess perfect color vision, and be in excellent physical and mental health.
4. Commitment & Flexibility:
* Willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
* Willingness to reside in company-provided housing (mess) during the training period.
* Commitment to a 2-year service bond following the intensive training phase.
