## Role Overview: Shipment Admin Staff
We are looking for a professional to manage our shipment documentation and administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will ensure that our distribution processes remain efficient, accurate, and aligned with our high standards of quality control.
## Key Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in any relevant field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Candidates must be highly skilled in utilizing VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other complex data management functions.
* Administrative Excellence: A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced documentation tasks.
* Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as a supportive member of a cross-functional team.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate seamless coordination between departments.
* Work Flexibility: A willingness to adhere to our operational schedule, which may include weekend shifts when necessary. The position operates on a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
* Commitment: Must be available to join our team immediately.
