1. Account Manager
The Account Manager position is vital for expanding our reach and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse client base. We are looking for a proactive professional who can champion our renewable energy solutions.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in sales. Preference will be given to those with background knowledge in government and non-government procurement processes.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
* Analytical Aptitude: Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, high levels of initiative, and an agile learning mindset.
2. Proposal & Tender Coordinator
The Proposal & Tender Coordinator ensures the precision and timeliness of our project bids. This role requires meticulous organizational skills to manage complex documentation schedules and team collaboration.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in government and non-government procurement is highly preferred.
* Role-Specific Skills: Expertise in coordinating, monitoring, and executing the preparation of proposal documents. Must be skilled in managing submission schedules from initial timeline setting through to final deadlines.
* Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative teamwork skills.
* Analytical Aptitude: Candidates must possess a sharp analytical mind, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt to new information rapidly.
