## Current Career Opportunities
1. Internal Sales Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate sales quotations/invoices, maintain CRM and pricing databases, support external sales operations, and monitor order fulfillment.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Continuous Improvement Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives; analyze production workflows to eliminate waste; lead problem-solving sessions using PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; 1+ year in manufacturing; familiar with 7 QC tools and systematic analytical techniques.
3. People Development Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Develop competency matrices, analyze training KPIs, manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), and facilitate organizational growth through targeted talent development strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management; 1 year of experience in L&D; strong systematic thinking and proficiency in presentation/assessment tools.
4. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Manage shift-based production to meet output and quality targets; ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and K3 safety protocols; coordinate technicians to minimize downtime.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; expert in TPM, 5S, and Lean principles; willing to work in shifts.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Mentor a team of process engineers; define technical scope and project budgets; provide final approval on engineering deliverables; drive yield optimization and plant reliability.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; 5+ years in process engineering (2+ in a leadership role); P.E. license preferred; proficient in process simulation software.
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Lead the process engineering department; oversee multi-site technical resources and budgets; mitigate operational risks; align engineering strategy with company-wide goals.
* Requirements: 8–10 years in process engineering (3–5 years in a managerial capacity); expert in P&ID development and hydraulic calculations; strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Execute sales strategies to exceed growth targets; mentor and motivate the sales team; cultivate long-term client partnerships; leverage market data to optimize pipelines.
