## Job Overview and Role Summary
As a Logistics Operator at PT Simco Auto Parts and Systems Indonesia, you will serve a critical function in bridging our production floor with our supply chain network. This position demands a hands-on professional who can seamlessly manage daily logistical workflows, maintain equipment readiness, and uphold our stringent quality and safety standards.
## Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
To ensure our manufacturing plant runs at peak efficiency, the successful candidate will manage a diverse set of responsibilities:
* Logistics & Inventory Control: Oversee material storage, execute accurate goods documentation, and monitor stock movements in alignment with company standards.
* Production Support: Operate production machinery efficiently while strictly adhering to established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks, including visual inspections, lubrication, and minor component replacements.
* Warehouse Operations: Handle material handling duties safely, including operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and internal transport.
* Administrative Duties: Utilize basic computer software, such as Microsoft Excel or manual inventory systems, to record data accurately.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
We are searching for detail-oriented individuals who possess the right blend of technical capability and professional discipline. To qualify for the Logistics Operator role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA) or vocational school (SMK) graduate, preferably with a major in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on working experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or maintenance environment.
* Technical Competencies:
* Proficiency in operating production machinery and forklift units.
* A foundational understanding of preventive maintenance and logistics flow (storage and inventory tracking).
* Ability to utilize basic computer programs for inventory management.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid and active SIM A driver's license for operational duties.
* Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
* High levels of personal initiative, accountability, and strong teamwork capabilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding record-keeping, packaging, and equipment upkeep.
* Strict discipline and unwavering compliance with company SOPs and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* A strong grasp of the 5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke / Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
