1. Operational Admin (Placement: South Cikarang, Bekasi)
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support our daily workflow and ensure seamless document management.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Operational Admin, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in managing and tracing delivery orders (surat jalan), inputting data into internal systems, generating reports, and handling document archiving.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data processing using Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to excel both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
2. Service Advisor (Placement: Makassar)
Join our maintenance division to oversee vehicle health and ensure our fleet operates at peak performance standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a Technical field, with an Automotive major strongly preferred.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Service Advisor capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of heavy vehicle engineering (preventive and corrective maintenance), major vehicle components and systems, as well as parts catalogs.
* Operational Duties: Capable of monitoring repairs from initiation through to the final inspection of trucks.
* Administrative Skills: Well-versed in handling Work Order (SPK) documentation and daily repair reporting.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in shifts when required.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and proven teamwork capabilities.
3. General Repair Mechanic (Placement: Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya, East Java)
We need skilled mechanical experts to maintain and restore our commercial fleet efficiently.
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Light Vehicle Engineering, Automotive, or a related discipline.
* Technical Expertise: Highly skilled in truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Field Readiness: Prepared to handle emergency road service (storing or emergency assistance).
* Work Ethic: Capable of performing under pressure, demonstrating honesty, high discipline, a strong work ethic, and adaptability.
* Mobility: Available for assignment or deployment across all PT Seino Indomobil Logistics workshop areas.
4. Body Repair Mechanic (Placement: Makassar, South Sulawesi & Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya, East Java)
Bring your structural repair expertise to our workshop team to keep our commercial vehicles structurally sound and visually maintained.
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience working in a vehicle body repair shop, welding workshop, or commercial body-building (karoseri) facility.
* Licenses & Certifications: Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A); possession of an official welding certificate is a distinct advantage.
* Work Ethic & Traits: Resilient under pressure, honest, disciplined, hardworking, and a strong team player.
* Mobility: Flexible and ready to be stationed or deployed across designated company workshops.
