Wings Group is looking for a detail-oriented and driven professional to strengthen its Distribution Center (DC) operations.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR GA Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the facility level. Your core duties will include:
* Monitoring and managing end-to-end Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) processes within the Distribution Center.
* Maintaining accurate personnel databases, employee attendance logs, and workforce tracking records.
* Overseeing and coordinating payroll administration to ensure timely and precise compensation delivery.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management.
* Academic Achievement: Achieve a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with prior experience in labor relations and talent acquisition will hold a distinct advantage.
