Specialized Management Trainee Tracks
We offer distinct tracks designed to align with various academic backgrounds and career aspirations:
* MT Estate: Ideal for candidates with a minimum D3 qualification in Plantation, Agriculture, or related disciplines.
* MT Shipping: Suitable for those holding a minimum D3 qualification in fields such as KALK, Nautica, Technica, Mechanical Engineering, or ETO/Electrical Engineering.
General Program Requirements
To be eligible for this challenging yet rewarding program, applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* A fresh graduate with a D3 or S1 degree in a field relevant to the specified program tracks.
* A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75.
* Unmarried status.
* Willingness to undertake intensive training at operational plantation sites.
* Preparedness for placement at operational sites located throughout Central Kalimantan.
Your Development Pathway
Our Management Trainee program is structured to provide a robust learning experience and accelerated career development:
1. Initial Training: A foundational period of 3 months dedicated to intensive classroom and practical training.
2. On-The-Job Training (OJT): Following initial training, candidates will undergo 9 months of hands-on experience in their respective operational areas, applying learned skills in real-world scenarios.
3. Service Bond: Upon successful completion of the OJT phase, participants will enter into a service bond period, solidifying their commitment and integration into the company.
