1. Finished Goods Warehouse Section Head (Kasie Gudang Barang Jadi)
This role is responsible for overseeing finished goods inventory, ensuring seamless warehouse workflows, and maintaining accuracy across all storage operations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor, preferably within the bottled drinking water (AMDK) industry.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management systems and finished goods warehouse operational workflows.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, high self-motivation, absolute integrity, independence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
2. Production Section Head (Kasie Produksi)
The Production Section Head drives manufacturing efficiency, manages production schedules, and ensures that output targets are met without compromising on quality.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Leader within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment; prior experience in the AMDK sector is a distinct advantage.
