1. Medical and Educational Roles
* Paramedic: Must hold a Diploma (D3) in Nursing, possess a valid STR, and hold current BTCLS and HIPERKES certifications.
* Teacher: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, specifically in fields such as Primary School Education (PGSD), Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD), or Religious Education.
2. Operational and Agricultural Roles
* Field Assistant: Requires at least a Diploma (D3) in Agriculture or Plantation studies with a deep understanding of palm oil cultivation techniques.
* Operations Audit Officer: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture. Must be well-versed in RSPO and ISPO standards, alongside palm oil quality control procedures.
