## Job Role: HVAC Operator
As an HVAC Operator at PICID, you will play a vital role in maintaining the optimal operational climate and environmental controls necessary for high-precision electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure facility efficiency and prevent operational downtime, the successful candidate will manage several essential duties:
* Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance protocols to extend the lifespan and efficiency of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct systematic daily and weekly checks to identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate.
* Minor Repairs: Perform prompt troubleshooting and light repairs on malfunctioning HVAC units.
* System Monitoring: Continuously observe climate control metrics to guarantee stable operating conditions across the factory floor.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet specific educational, physical, and technical criteria set by the company:
* Educational Background: High School (SMA/SMK) graduate. Candidates holding a formal degree or vocational training in Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara) will receive top priority.
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Work Flexibility: Fully prepared and physically fit to work in a rotational shift schedule.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in executing routine checks, preventative upkeep, and basic mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
