As the company continues to innovate and scale its operations, we are inviting talented professionals to join our logistics team. We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff member to support our distribution excellence.
## Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse logistics and documentation. Key duties include:
* Shipping Documentation Review: Conducting thorough audits of previous day shipping documents, including Purchase Orders and quantity verification.
* DPH Reconciliation: Cross-referencing sent invoices against the Daily Shipping List (DPH) to ensure total accuracy.
* Delivery Management: Managing the Proof of Delivery (POD) process and handling Goods Issue (GI) cancellations with strict attention to detail.
* Order Adjustments: Managing the rescheduling of Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments that failed to reach their destination on the initial attempt.
* Inventory Oversight: Monitoring remaining stock (DPH) and reconciling finalized invoices to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
## Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical competency and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
* Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with SAP software is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a high level of self-discipline, and a proven aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
* Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Bekasi, West Java.
