## Current Job Openings

1. Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Staff
Location: South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage VAT and income tax reporting and reconciliation.
* Monitor daily cash inflows (BRV) and outflows (BDV) within the Accurate system.
* Oversee petty cash management, reimbursement claims, and head office reconciliation.
* Process vendor payments and utility bills while ensuring documentation compliance.
* Conduct recapitulation of throughput, discharge, and tenant overtime.
* Manage bank reconciliations, tenant invoicing, and purchase order tracking.
* Provide weekly cash flow updates to management.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of payment workflows, journal entries, and general ledger systems.
* Proficiency in tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, and Final).
* Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Detail-oriented, independent, and capable of multitasking.

2. Operations Staff
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute loading and unloading processes for trucks and vessels according to customer schedules and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports and manage documentation for cargo transfers.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
* Coordinate with tenants to verify transport modes and ensure operational efficiency.
* Monitor pump activities and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

Qualifications:

* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas sectors.
* Willingness to work in shifts and preference for residents of Samarinda.

3. HSE Assistant Manager
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, maintain, and update all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation.
* Prepare routine reports regarding HSE performance for the Pro Trans International Holding Group.
* Monitor regulatory compliance and update internal policies to reflect changing safety standards.
* Identify potential hazards and conduct regular equipment and workplace inspections.
* Supervise external contractors to ensure compliance with SOPs, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and work permits.

Qualifications:

* D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or a related technical field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
* In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and performance evaluation methodologies.

4. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute periodic maintenance of terminal assets according to industry standards.
* Diagnose equipment failures and implement prompt, effective technical solutions.
* Collaborate with HSE and Operations teams to mitigate risks during maintenance activities.
* Manage the re-calibration and certification schedule for terminal equipment in coordination with authorized agencies.

Qualifications:

* Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in the energy, mining, or fuel terminal sectors.
* Must be willing to work on a shift rotation.
